Kerbside delivery

Delivered to the kerb, loading dock or ground-floor entry of your business address during business hours.

  • Best for businesses with staff or equipment to move items inside
  • The driver does not carry items upstairs or install equipment

In-store delivery

Carried into your premises on the ground floor, with no stairs.

  • Best for heavy fridges, ovens and dishwashers
  • Please make sure there is a clear, level path to where the item goes

Click & Collect

Free collection. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before you come.

  • Bring a suitable vehicle, straps and blankets
  • Fridges and freezers must be transported upright

Before your delivery

Site access

Standard delivery is to the kerb, loading dock or a ground-floor commercial entry. If your site has difficult access, such as narrow lanes, height limits, pedestrian malls or steps, please tell us before dispatch so we can arrange suitable transport.

Heavy equipment checklist
  • Measure doorways: check door frames, hallways and entries are wide enough for the item and its packaging.
  • Power and gas: make sure the correct power outlet (for example 15A or 3-phase) or a certified gas connection is ready. Installation must be done by a licensed tradesperson.
  • Be available: someone needs to be on site to receive the delivery. Failed deliveries caused by locked premises or a wrong address may cost extra to redeliver.
Receiving your order
  1. Count the cartons or pallets against the delivery paperwork.
  2. Check the outside packaging for damage before you sign.
  3. If you see damage, write “damaged, subject to inspection” on the delivery paperwork.
  4. Take photos of any damage before unpacking.
  5. Email photos to sales@restaurantessentials.com.au as soon as possible.

Delivery FAQs

Do you carry equipment inside or upstairs?

Kerbside delivery stops at the kerb or dock. Choose In-store delivery to have items carried into your premises on the ground floor. We are not able to carry items up stairs or install equipment.

How much is delivery?

It depends on the item size. See the price table above, or check the delivery box on any product page. All prices include GST.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout. It is free, and we will let you know when your order is ready.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery paperwork, take photos and email us straight away. We will help sort out a repair or replacement.

Fitting out a whole kitchen?

Send us your list and we will put together a combined delivery and package price.
